Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 July 2026. These terms are a draft prepared in good faith and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer.
Who you are contracting with
Depending on the service, your contract is with one of the Lifestyle Hub group companies, named on your quotation or invoice. That named company is responsible for delivering the work.
What we agree to do
We will do the work described in the quotation or statement of work you accepted, with reasonable skill and care, and within the timescales we agreed. If something threatens a deadline we will tell you early rather than late.
What you agree to do
Give us what we need to do the work: access, information, decisions and feedback within a reasonable time. If we are held up waiting on you, timescales move accordingly.
Fees and payment
- Fees are as set out in the quotation or the subscription you signed up for.
- Invoices are payable within 14 days unless we agreed otherwise in writing.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and continue until cancelled.
- Taxes are added where the law requires, for example VAT in Sri Lanka, GST in India, or SST in Malaysia.
- If an invoice is overdue we will remind you. If it stays unpaid we may pause the service, and we will warn you before we do.
Who owns what
Once you have paid in full, the work we made specifically for you is yours. We keep ownership of anything we built before your project, and of the general tools, libraries and know-how we use across clients. Where our platform (such as CondoPulse) is licensed to you, you get a licence to use it, not ownership of it.
The CondoPulse platform
If you are a condominium or a managing agent using CondoPulse, you decide what resident data goes in and what happens to it. We hold and process that data on your instructions. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and for telling residents what you are doing. We will help you meet those obligations, but we cannot meet them for you.
Uptime and support
We aim to keep the platform available, and we will tell you about planned maintenance. We do not promise perfection, and where an availability commitment matters to you it must be written into your contract rather than assumed.
Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud. Beyond that, neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
Either of us can end a subscription with reasonable notice, as set out in your contract. If you end it, you pay for the work done and the period already started. If we end it, we will give you a fair opportunity to move your data, and we will not hold your data hostage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the country of the contracting group company, and its courts have jurisdiction. For Lifestyle HUB Private Ltd and CondoPulse Pvt Ltd, that is Sri Lanka.
Questions
If any of this is unclear, ask us before you sign. We would rather explain it now than argue about it later.
